My Personalised sign arrived damaged – Can I get a refund or Exchange?

Of-course! We are sorry to hear your specially made order has arrived faulty. We would be happy to either refund or exchange the item for you providing it is within the 5 working days notice period. Please see our Refund page for more information.

Can I pay for my order over the phone?

I’ve ordered a Personalised Gift and realised I have provided the incorrect details – What can I do?

Specially made products can have amendments guaranteed up to 30 minutes after the order is places. After this time frame the item may have gone into production. Please get in touch ASAP via our Contact page or call us on 01455 636388 and we will always do our best to help. See our Refund page for more information.

Do you deliver overseas?

We have free Delivery as standard for UK Mainland, however if you are looking to have your order sent overseas please get in touch through our Contact page or call us on 01455 636388 and we can discuss post and packaging.

I live locally – Am I able to collect my order?

Absolutely! We are a family run business based in Hinckley, Leicestershire. If you get in touch on our Contact page, we’d be happy to organise a time you can collect. Please see our About page for more information.

Help! Can I make changes to my Delivery address?

Unfortunately once your order has been finalised we are unable to make any changes to your delivery address. Any queries please Contact us.

If I order more than one item, will my items all arrive together?

Yes, we package all items together for delivery. In rare cases of an item being delayed – we will get in touch and discuss delivery options with you to ensure you are not waiting for your whole order.

I’ve changed my mind – Am I able to exchange my item for a different one?

Please see our Returns page for information on Refunds and Exchanges. We are happy to exchange standard products as long as they are in mint condition and we are notified within in the 14 day return period. Personalised products can only be refunded or exchanged if they arrive damaged or faulty.

How long will my order take to be delivered?
