DELIVERY


UK MAINLAND DELIVERY IS SENT WITH PARCEL FORCE EXPRESS 24.


ALL DELIVERIES MUST BE SIGNED FOR. IF NO ONE IS AVAILABLE TO RECEIVE YOUR ORDER AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY, THE COURIER DRIVER WILL LEAVE NOTIFICATION OF THE ATTEMPTED DELIVERY AND MAKE ONE MORE ATTEMPTED DELIVERY BEFORE RETURNING THE GOODS TO THE REGIONAL DEPOT FOR YOUR AREA, FROM THERE YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ARRANGING COLLECTION OR POSSIBLE RE-DELIVERY.


MY GIFT HUB OPERATE THIS POLICY TO PROVIDE FORMAL PROOF WITH RESPECT TO GOODS BEING DISPATCHED AND SAFELY RECEIVED. DELIVERY WILL ONLY BE MADE TO THE DELIVERY ADDRESS SPECIFIED AT THE TIME THE ORDER IS PLACED.


FOR CUSTOMER CONVENIENCE MY GIFT HUB ALLOWS CUSTOMERS TO SPECIFY A DIFFERENT ADDRESS FOR DELIVERY AT THE TIME OF ORDER. FOR EXAMPLE, A LOT OF CUSTOMERS SPECIFY THAT GOODS ARE TO BE DELIVERED TO THEIR PLACE OF WORK OR TO A NEIGHBOUR WHO THEY KNOW WILL BE AVAILABLE TO ACCEPT DELIVERY.

RETURNS POLICY


NON-FAULTY ITEMS

IF YOU ARE NOT 100% SATISFIED WITH YOUR ORDER YOU HAVE 14 DAYS FROM THE DAY THE ITEM ARRIVED TO RETURN THE ITEM TO US (EXCLUDING PERSONALISED ITEMS) PROVIDING IT IS PACKAGED SECURELY IN IT'S ORIGINAL PACKAGING AND IS BEING RETURNED IN THE SAME CONDITION WE SENT IT IN. PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE COSTS OF RETURNING THE GOODS TO US. RETURNS WILL BE PROCESSED ONCE WE HAVE RECEIVED THE ITEM AND REFUNDS WILL BE PROCESSED WITHIN 3-5 WORKING DAYS BACK ONTO THE ORIGINAL PAYMENT METHOD. REFUNDED PAYMENT WILL NOT INCLUDE ORIGINAL DELIVERY COST.


PERSONALISED ITEMS

WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON PERSONALISED ITEMS AS THESE ARE BESPOKE AND MADE TO ORDER SO PLEASE ENSURE YOU PROVIDE US WITH THE CORRECT SPELLING WHEN PLACING YOUR ORDER. IF YOU THINK WE'VE MADE A MISTAKE ON YOUR PERSONALISED PRODUCT THEN PLEASE CONTACT US AND WE'LL DO OUR BEST TO HELP.


FAULTY ITEMS

IF AN ITEM IS FAULTY (INCLUDING PERSONALISED ITEMS) PLEASE CONTACT US ASAP WITH YOUR ORDER NUMBER, CONTACT DETAILS AND PHOTOS OF THE DAMAGE SO WE ARE ABLE TO HELP WITH A REFUND OR REPLACEMENT. REFUNDS WILL BE PROCESSED WITHIN 3-5 WORKING DAYS AFTER THE ITEM HAS BEEN RETURNED TO US ONTO THE ORIGINAL PAYMENT METHOD.


CANCELLING YOUR ORDER

YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL AN ORDER (EXCLUDING PERSONALISED ITEMS) PRIOR TO DISPATCH. FOR PERSONALISED PRODUCTS WE ALLOW A HOUR FOR YOU TO CONTACT US WITH CHANGES OR CANCEL YOUR ORDER. AFTER THAT TIME IT MAY HAVE GONE INTO PRODUCTION AND FURTHER CHANGES MAY NOT BE POSSIBLE.


IN THE EVENT OUR COURIER ATTEMPTS DELIVERY TO THE ADDRESS PROVIDED ON THE ORDER AND YOU ARE NOT AVAILABLE, YOU WILL BE LIABLE FOR THE RETURN FEE CHARGED TO OUR ACCOUNT. YOU WILL RECEIVE A REFUND FOR THE GOODS MINUS THE RETURN FEE. CUSTOMERS ARE GIVEN NOTIFICATION AND OPPORTUNITY TO AMEND THEIR DELIVERY REQUIREMENTS WITH OUR COURIERS, EXCLUDING A CHANGE OF ADDRESS.


TO RETURN AN ITEM:


  • CONTACT US ASAP TO NOTIFY US THAT YOU HAVE AN ITEM TO BE RETURNED.


  • PACKAGE THE ITEM SECURELY AND SEND IT TO US SO THAT WE RECEIVE IT WITHIN 14 WORKING DAYS OF THE DATE THAT THE ITEM WAS DELIVERED TO YOU. WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU USE A RECORDED-DELIVERY COURIER SERVICE AS WE CAN NOT ACCEPT LIABILITY FOR GOODS LOST IN TRANSIT TO US.


  • ONCE THE ITEMS ARE SAFELY RETURNED TO US,  IN A RESALABLE CONDITION, WE WILL PROCESS YOUR REFUND BACK ONTO YOUR ORIGINAL PAYMENT METHOD WHICH COULD TAKE 3-5 DAYS. PLEASE NOTE REFUNDS ON NON-FAULTY ITEMS WILL BE MINUS THE SHIPPING COST.


RETURNING A FAULT ITEM:

  • CONTACT US ASAP. PLEASE PROVIDE YOUR ORDER NUMBER, CONTACT DETAILS AND PHOTOS OF THE DAMAGE.


  • WE WILL THEN ARRANGE COLLECTION BY OUR COURIER AT A TIME TO SUIT YOURSELF. IF THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE YOU CAN SEND THE ITEM TO US BUT YOU WILL HAVE TO COVER THE POSTAGE COSTS. PLEASE PACKAGE THE ITEM SECURELY, IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING IF POSSIBLE.


  • ONCE THE FAULTY ITEM HAS BEEN RETURNED TO US WE WILL DISCUSS FUTHER OPTIONS WITH YOU, SUCH AS A REFUND OR A REPLACEMENT.


THIS DOES NOT AFFECT YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS.
